Hyundai has launched their new luxury sedan Equus which is in segment of BMW 7series , Mercedes S class etc.Hyundai Equusis is the most expensive car Hyundai had ever made.Hyundai engineers works 3 years for model which will be their first footstep towards the new luxury segment.This new Hyundai car has ehibited in the Newyork motorshow.The car been launched in Korea and is expected to launch in 2010 in India.

As company have to compete with topguns Equus is offering a high travel comfort which is equipped with 5 link air suspension. LED tail lamp, 17 speaker stereo, leather upholstery, front - rear reverse camera, 9 air bags , smart cruise control,

Hyundai equus is available in both petrol and diesel variants.Hyundai equus is equipped with a 3.8 ltr V 6 diesel engine with 290 bhp power and the 4.6 ltr V 8 petrol engine produces 366bhp.This Car is a 6 speed automatic gear transmission.It has a Top speed of 230 km/h (143 mph ) which help it to cover 0-62 mph(0-100 km/h) in less than 6 seconds.
