Hero Group 3 Wheelers in India Soon


Hero Honda has almost split now and Hero group is continuing the business as it has been and also looking for avenues of expanding into more products. Recently there was news of Hero Group working on 400 CC Diesel Engine. Now as per information from some vendor, Hero group is planning to enter the 3-wheeler space in India. In India, Bajaj, TVS and Piaggio are the existing players in this business. At present, the larger share of the 3 Wheeler people and goods carrier is occupied by Bajaj and Piaggio as these are two old players while TVS launched its 3 Wheelers in 2008 only. Hero Honda has a 150 CC & 225 CC engines which powers bikes of Hero Honda, the same single cylinder air-cooled petrol engine maybe to power the 3 wheeler with some modifications to make it appropriate for the 3 Wheeled people carrier. Eventually, Hero Group will also venture into 3 Wheeler goods carrier as well.
